Jalfrezi Mix

Tasty Spice Mix that goes with several dishes

I make up a batch of this ready for my Chicken Jalfrezi meals, which is a pretty regular occurrence.

Just mix all the spices together in equal parts and store in a jar until required.

Then add 2 teaspoons of the mix to your Jalfrezi dish.
